<aside> 🤨 One question we get a lot is: How can I make sure I am anonymous, when answering the survey each month? This is super important to address to employees so they feel safe answering the survey each month, as the consequences can be that they either lie or they don’t answer at all which leaves you with invalid data. Below we'll explain how anonymity within the platform works.

Rule #1. It is up to you as a company to decide on a certain anonymity level. Minimum is 3 people in a segment but you can also set it higher to increase anonymity. If you are unsure about your organizational anonymity limit, you can reach out to the responsible Zoios person internally (or your assigned Zoios consultant).
Rule #2. If a segment in the company does not live up to the anonymity level, the Zoios platform will not show the data for that segment. For example: If the anonymity level in the company is set to 3 and a manager has a department of 2 people, there will be no data to show as the anonymity requirements are not met.
Rule #3.
There needs to be at least 2 answers in a segment to show the data no matter which anonymity level has been set by the company. For example: Your anonymity level in the company is set to 5 and only one person answered, there will be no data to show as the anonymity requirements are not met.
