What is the Insights page?

The Insights page makes it easy for managers to see not only which driver is important to address but also why it matters, how critical it is, and what actions to take. We accumulate data within the platform, tailored specifically to each team/segment, so managers can spend less time interpreting data and more time leading effectively in the real world.

• 🚁 Clear overview of scores: You get a clear overview of all driver scores, as well as the development from the last months.
• 🔎  Drivers you should focus on: The page highlights the 2 drivers you should focus on, based on our analysis on what’s important to your team.
• 🚩 Consequences: You will instantly see the consequences of not addressing your key drivers.
• 🌱 Tailored root causes: You see the potential root cause for the low driver scores, tailored to each team or department, rather than based on general trends from other companies.
• 📣 Tailored suggested actions: You receive suggested actions to increase your critical driver scores.

Where do I find the Insights page? 👀

If you have access to limited segments (Manager access), the Insights page is to be found in the Zoios platform on the left menu bar. Click on the “Insights” to find the page.
