The Highlights page is created specifically for leaders who want to get the best overview of their team’s well-being data. It is designed to highlight the most relevant data and information by bringing together all the essential details in one place, allowing you to stay updated and act quickly.
What do I find on the Highlights page? 🔎
- 🗳️ Team response rate: See the percentage of employees in your specific team that have responded to help you analyze the representativity of the results - and show you when to push for more responses.
- 🤼‍♂️ Compare your team's results to the company and industry: Compare your team’s well-being score, amount of individual with high stress, and response rate to the company and industry benchmarks to understand how your team is doing in comparison.
- 🎯 Overview of individual performance: Follow the goals that you set with your employees and how they progress on these to get a grasp of your team’s performance.
- 💬 Upcoming 1:1's: Stay on top of your 1-on-1 conversations with your team members, so you know when to have them.
Where do I find the Highlights page? đź‘€
If you have access to limited segments (Manager access), the Highlights page should be the first thing that appears when you log into your Zoios account. If you have an admin or full access, you can quickly find the Highlights page in the menu on the left under "Team.”
