<aside> 🧠 What are the archetypes based on? Our archetype framework is based on talent tests from FirstMind / TT38 talent tests. The test provides a massive report of valid and reliable data. However, we experienced that it is difficult to remember in everyday life what your own top and bottom talents are, and even worse trying to remember those of your colleagues. Therefore we did a huge analysis based on 1000+ talent tests to search for patterns. Based on that research, we found 7 archetypes which are basically clusters of the 34 talents that are often seen together.

Strategists are very rational and analytical thinking. They think and act fast, see opportunities, are naturally confident, and like to take the lead and set the direction.

Coordinator.

Great overview and ability to coordinate work.

They are often very understanding and inclusive toward others, have a great overview, are creative, think ahead, and are good at coordination and planning.

Accountable.

Great at ensuring details and delivering on promises.
