When should I pause or stop the employee?

👉 If an employee is absent for a period of time (sick leave, maternity leave, longer vacation), you can pause the employee. Note that it is not date specific so you have to activate them again, when they are back.

👉 If the employee is leaving the company, you should fill out the fields under “User has stopped”.
