We are often asked how to set the perfect team based on Personality archetypes.

Although we would love to have that golden answer for you, it of course depends a lot on your business, culture, and leadership - and especially on what the individual teams need to deliver.

Maybe your People & Organization department would naturally require some Psychologist strengths for the difficult conversations, the development of leaders, and the understanding of people. Whereas, the Finance department may need some thorough Architect qualities to make sure that the accounting and reporting are precise.

Literature and studies have shown, that diversity is a good way to minimize blind spots in a team and to create high performance, but that does not necessarily mean that you should always aim for a high diversity within your team. It takes a lot of cooperative collaborativeness to become a high-performing diverse team. Instead, we would advise you to look in the team overview in your Zoios platform and see which archetypes you are lacking and then reflect on whether it is an issue or not in your team, also taking into consideration what kind of tasks your team deals with.
