π― Be at the office at 9 every day.
π― Use your calendar to structure my tasks.
π― Facilitate my own workshop.
π― Book 10 meetings.
π― Feel 10/10 confident about explaining the product features (currently feeling 6/10 confident).
π― Become nominated for promotion in the next promotion round.
π― (If there is a defined structure for bonuses) Achieve yearly bonus.
Agreements can be anything that you agree on in your talks, to make sure that you donβt forgot who was supposed to do what. Here are some examples for each of the different types of 1:1s.
