Why is a high response rate even important?
As with all other data, the more answers, the more reliable it is. If your response rate is low:
π You miss out on the nuances.
π You cannot get the full picture of your teamβs well-being.
π You miss the opportunity to be proactive about stress levels.
π Our algorithm has a harder time recommending the right thing for you to focus on.
π You donβt know if those who answered are the ones who are more satisfied or those who are least satisfied - and the fear may be that those who do not answer have simply given up on chipping in with their voice.
Great | response rate of 90-100 |
---|---|
Good | response rate of 80-89 |
Okay | response rate of 70-79 |
Poor | response rate of 0-69 |
<aside> π‘ A rule of thumb: When the response rate is below 80, it is a good idea to start asking yourself why that is. Maybe also ask yourself if you should start doing any of the following if you are not already doing it.
