Purpose of the awards.

The purpose of the Happy Workplace Certification Program is to credit companies that manage to develop a great culture and a workplace where people thrive.

By creating transparency, we give access to a competitive advantage for companies to draw upon in terms of retention and employer branding. Companies receiving an award from Zoios have employees with great well-being and low stress levels.

Our aim is simultaneously to assist potential employees in evaluating prospective workplaces based on the level of well-being and job satisfaction among current employees.

๐Ÿ†ย The awards are granted two times per year; in September and in March. Therefore, the award is valid for 6 months until next round.


Criteria to qualify for certification.

  1. Frequent measurements.
    1. Customers measuring monthly will be evaluated based on the past three months.
    2. Those that do not measure monthly need to have minimum 2 measurements since Oct or April (e.g. March round requires two measurements since Oct). This is a new criteria per Mar 2025 to include customers that donโ€™t measure monthly.
  2. Min. average response rate of 70% in those months. This is a new criteria per Mar 2025 to make sure the scores are somewhat representative for your organization - and to emphasize the importance of response rates.
  3. Healthy well-being, stress, and eNPS numbers:

โœ…ย The average monthly well-being score is 75 or greater over the period.

โœ… The average monthly eNPS score is 30 or greater over the period.

โœ… Maximum 1 in 10 people (i.e. max 10%) report high or very high stress over the period.

Golden Grade. ๐Ÿ†

โœ… The average monthly well-being score is 80 or greater over the period.

โœ… The average monthly eNPS score is 50 or greater over the period.

โœ… Maximum 1 in 20 people (i.e. max 5%) report high or very high stress over the period.
