The purpose of the Happy Workplace Certification Program is to credit companies that manage to develop a great culture and a workplace where people thrive.
By creating transparency, we give access to a competitive advantage for companies to draw upon in terms of retention and employer branding. So, when companies receive a certification, you know that their employees are doing well in terms of great well-being and low stress levels, and therefore are likely to be more productive.
Our aim is simultaneously to assist potential employees in evaluating prospective workplaces based on the level of well-being and job satisfaction among current employees.
The first criteria is that we have to have measured well-being, stress and eNPS in your organization at least 3 times before we can assess and certify the workplace. If you have only measured once or twice at the certification date you are not eligible for that specific batch.
<aside> π¬ The company must measure relatively frequently.
To qualify, a company needs to measure well-being and employee net promoter score on a recurring basis to measure and verify employees are happy with the workplace.

Companies that do exceptionally well in terms of well-being in the workplace can be certified as a Golden Workplace version of the Happy Workplace Certificate. These few selected companies are the frontrunners in building and maintaining an exceptional culture in the workplace.
To be transparent, the Golden Workplaces are typically not extremely large companies, as it does seem to become more difficult to keep well-being and eNPS levels high in larger organizations.
