What information is synchronised between the systems

The data synced from integration is mostly focused on user data and the departments, office and teams groups.

Below is a list of the specific datapoints that we add to the Zoios platform coming from integrations:

• birth year (if available)

<aside> 💡 Be aware that for the dimensions that are synched from the source system (Azure) will be the source of truth. In practice that means that if you change a department, office or team in Zoios and that is now different from what you have in Azure, the data in Zoios will be overwritten by the data in Azure.
